About Lyngmo

Lyngmo is beautifully situated by the lake in Hafslo, about 15 km from Sogndal. We offer different types of accommodation: Guesthouse (Bed & Breakfast), Cabins and Camping. We are open during the summerseason for guests (We are open all year round for groups).

GUESTHOUSE / BED & BREAKFAST

We can offer our guests rooms with private facilities.
The prices include breakfast and bed linen and towels. The guest have to make the beds.

Rooms with private facilities:

We can offer 25 rooms (Different sizes: 1 – 6 persons) with private facilities: Toilet and shower (no kitchen).

BOOKING CABINS

We offer 7 cabins, with two different standards and sizes. All cabins are nicely placed by the lake. There is not running water in the cabins. You will find sanitary facilities with water, showers and toilets in the main building, 15 – 40 meters from the cabins. All cabins are equipped with duvets and pillows.

Prices:

-Cabin (1 – 6 persons)

The cabin is apx 20 m2: 2 sleeping rooms and one living room, with possibility for cooking.

Price: 1055,- NOK pr cabin pr night.

-Small cabin (1 - 4 persons)

The cabin is apx ca. 9 m2: One room with two bunk beds. Possibility for cooking.

Price: 750,- NOK pr cabin pr night

CAMPING

We have a beautiful campsite, located by the Hafslo Lake. We do have space for 25 units. You will find sanitary facilities, with water, showers and toilets, in the main-building 20 – 70 meters from the campsite.

Prices:

-350,- pr unit (1 – 4 persons). Showers and toilets are included.

-395,- pr unit (1 – 4 persons). Electricity, showers and toilets are included.

INFORMATION

Summer 2022: Open from the 20th of May to the 30th of August.
(Bed & Breakfast: 14th of June – 22nd of August).
We accept pre-booked groups the whole year.

-Reception open from 08.00 – 22.00

-Breakfast is served between 8.00 and 09.30. (Breakfast: For the guests in the cabins and camping, breakfast is only available days when the guesthouse is open for Bed & Breakfast)

-Check-in: Before 20 pm. For late arrivals: Please call us. The reception closes at 10 pm

-Check-out: 12 am

-Alcohol policy: Lyngmo was originally built for children and youth. Ourt policy it that we want to give our guests a nice, safe and comfortable environment. Therefore we do not serve alcohol to our guests. It is also not allowed to drink alcohol brought by our guests.

-If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or no-show, the price of the reservation will be charged.

- Free WiFi to all our guests.
- We offer rental of a washer. Price: 50,- per wash. You can use the drying room for free

Activities and attractions

Lyngmo is originally built for children and youth. We hope that we can be a good place for families to come and stay during their vacation.

At Lyngmo, we can offer: 
- Our own private beach by the Hafslovatnet (free use)
- Beachvolley (free use)
- Rental of canoes, kayaks and rowing-boats.
Inside, we can offer billiard, table-tennis and air-hockey.
