About Lyngmo

Lyngmo is beautifully situated by the lake in Hafslo, about 14 km from Sogndal. We offer different types of accommodation: Guesthouse (Bed & Breakfast), Cabins and Camping. We do have open in the summerseason for single guests and the whole year for groups.

GUESTHOUSE / BED & BREAKFAST

We can offer Bed & Breakfast in rooms with a nice view to the Hafslo Lake. 

Rooms with private facilities:

We can offer 25 rooms (1 – 7 persons) with private facilities: Toilet and shower (no kitchen).

BOOKING CABINS

We offer 7 cabins, with two different standards and sizes. All cabins are nicely placed by the lake. There is not water in the cabins. You will find sanitary facilities with water, showers and toilets in the main building, 15 – 40 meters from the cabins. All cabins are equipped with blankets and pillows.

Prices:

-Cabin (4 – 6 persons)

The cabin is apx 20 m2: 2 sleeping rooms and one livingroom, with possibility for cooking.

Price: Totally 675,- NOK pr cabin pr night.

-Small cabin (1 - 4 persons)

The cabin is apx ca. 9 m2: One room with two bunk beds. Possibility for cooking.

The price will be totally 520,- NOK pr cabin pr night

CAMPING

We have a beautiful campsite, located by the Hafslo lake. We do have space for 25 units. You will find sanitary facilities, with water, showers and toilets, in the main-building 20 – 70 meters from the campsite.

Prices:

-260,- pr unit (1 – 4 persons). Showers and toilets are included.

-295,- pr unit (1 – 4 persons). Electricity, showers andtoilets are included.

INFORMATION

Open from the 8th of June to the 16th of August.
(Bed & Breakfast: 22rd of June – 16th of August).
We accept pre-booked groups the whole year.

-Reception open from 08.00 – 22.00

-Breakfast is served between 8.30 and 09.30. (Breakfast: For the guests in the cabins and camping, breakfast is only available days when the guesthouse is open for Bed & Breakfast)

-Check-in: Before 20 pm. For late arrivals: Please call us. The reception closes at 10 pm

-Check-out: 12 am

-Alcohol policy: Lyngmo is originally built for children and youth. We have a policy that we want to give our guests a nice, safe and comfortable environment. Therefore we do not serve alcohol to our guests. It is also not allowed to drink alcohol brought by our guests.

-If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or no-show, the price of the reservation will be charged.

- Free WiFi to all our guests.
- We offer rental of a washer and dryer (price: 45,- per wash and 45,- per use of the dryer).

Activities and attractions

At Lyngmo, we can offer: 
- Our own private beach in the Hafslo Lake (free use)
- Beachvolley (free use)
- Rental of canoes, kayaks and roving-boats.
Inside, we can offer billiard, table-tennis and air-hockey.
